Feira Service Station Renovation & Upgrade

Bloom was engaged by Devon Oil Zambia  to renovate and upgrade its existing Feira Service Station while the site remained operational.

The project brought together civil, structural, electrical and facility improvement works, including canopy extension and refurbishment, forecourt driveway reconstruction and drainage, water-reticulation upgrades, building repairs and painting, perimeter and canopy lighting, protective bollards, pump and tank-farm refurbishment, compressor and air-pressure facilities, and general site improvements.

Working within a live forecourt environment, Bloom coordinated the different workstreams to improve the site’s functionality, appearance, safety and operational infrastructure. The completed works were formally handed over and certified by the client, with the upgraded station remaining operational today.
